Dear Parents & Carers

Please see the information below regarding the school uniform pick up day – Tuesday 30th January.

If you require uniforms for tomorrow, final orders must be in by 5PM today. I note that there are some issues with Flexischools. If you are having trouble with updating your child’s 2023 Year and Class in your profile please just select New Enrolment 2024 for both and that should allow you to make the order.

If you are volunteering for packing and filling orders only please be at the school at 9:00am. Parents wanting to pick up orders will be asked to come back at pick up time: 1-2pm ONLY.

Special Uniform Pick Up: Tuesday 30th January – Pick up 1pm – 2pm ONLY.

If you have ordered uniforms over the holidays, you are able to pick up your order from outside the office between 1pm – 2pm. If you cannot make it then, your order will be available in the office when the students return to school on Thursday 1st February 2024.

There will be an exchange day on Friday 2nd February from 9:30am – 10:30am for anyone requiring different sizes. Please remember to keep the tags on if you need to exchange – if tags have been removed we cannot exchange or refund.

Normal Uniform Shop operations will resume on Friday 2nd February. Orders will be filled and sent to the office for distribution to student’s classroom. No pick up is available from the shop on this day.

XS/S Hats should be in stock by Friday 2nd February for pick up. If you have one on backorder they will be available at the office from 10am.

New Microfibre Jackets are on order and they will be filled as soon as they come in.

Please note that due to Covid the Uniform Shop is currently closed to parents. All uniform orders will be filled and delivered to the office on Monday afternoon & Friday morning for dispersement to the student’s classroom.
