Good morning parents/carers,

Welcome to our students and their families to the 2023 school year!

We hope that everyone has had a wonderful holiday and were able to spend time with family and friends.

This morning when students arrive at school through one of the school gates, we ask that they put their school bags on their 2022 class line.

When the school bell rings at 9am, students will move to their 2022 class line and meet the teacher who will be working with them over the next few days.

Students will remain in their 2022 classes with either their teacher from last year or a different teacher. This will be referred to as their ‘holding class’. As soon as we can confirm our 2023 class structure, students will move into their new class with their new teacher. This process may take several days and we will update parents/carers as to when this will happen.

All QHEPS staff are looking to seeing our students, ready for a successful and exciting new year!
